The breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive and my multigrain bread was not fresh. The staff member did not even check back in with us to see if we were satisfied with our breakfast. We were not acknowledged at the checkin area upon arrival and waited almost 40 minimum for service. The service came with an apology and an upgrade to a room where the carpet was dirty and cover sheet missing from the bed. The box spring only had a sheet thrown over it. House keeping subsequently came up to rectify it, however, our complaint was not documented by the front desk staff who took our call from the room. Parking appeared to be safe. We were not given a credit due to our reservation being with a third party. We would stay at this hotel anymore.

Great stay. Hotel staff was quick and very friendly. The casino is awesome if you’re a fan of gambling. And there are plenty of restaurants around and in the resort.

Great venue for a host of ladies to meet for a get together. Good restaurants, fun casinos, nice rooms. We went by limo from there to Pacific Colliseum for Cirque 🎪 - really had a fun time.
