Great place to stay for a visit to the wonderful Burton Rugby Football Club. Any visiting fans should simply stay at the club for as long as they can then enjoy the hidden gem of Ibis Styles.

I was stunned how good this was. Everything was very clean; everything was in good condition; staff were helpful and appeared to really be happy to give first rate service. I've stayed in Burton a few time in vatious hoteks and this budget hotel was better than any of the others I've used.

We love staying here on our annual visit to see family. Hotel always clean and welcoming, rooms have everything needed for our stay. The free hot drinks is a great extra bonus. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment

The hotel cancelled my reservation without informing me. I requested a refund which they rejected. The hotel didn't refund me and cancelled my reservation. I do not think anyone should get away with treating customers like this. Please inform me how to initiate a formal complaint.

Everything very clean and comfortable, only negative was we only had 1 room key between the two of us. As we checked in late (around 10pm), having unpacked, I realised I had left something in the car, but then my wife had to stay in darkness in the room as I needed the key to get back up from the ground floor. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate in returning

The room was very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchenette was brilliant. Kettle, dishes, microwave, sink, fridge etc, it was super. We had a great stay and would reccommend to anyone.
