The Beach House - family and pet friendly

The Beach House is a bright and beachy easy-living holiday home that's very close to the beach. Just two doors down!
It's a two-storey gem with huge enclosed backyard and loads of room for up to two families, with plenty of parking and spaces for surfboards, bikes and holiday games.
Linen is included.
One bag of wood for the indoor fire is supplied in WINTER only. Bags of wood and kindling can be purchased from the local service stations and hardware store.
One small to medium-sized dog is welcome on request only and Pet Booking terms and conditions apply.
* Please note that traffic noise from a nearby major road does carry across to this house, although the streets immediately surrounding the property are very quiet.

LAYOUT
Downstairs has a shower, separate toilet and laundry.
Upstairs you will find the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge plus four bedrooms and a shared bathroom with large shower recess and toilet.
The living area opens out onto the main deck and BBQ area that overlooks the front garden.
In the backyard, you will find a huge lawn area, Hills Hoist and outdoor seating area around a winter fire pit, plus outdoor shower to wash off after being at the beach.

There are three queen bedrooms with ceiling fans to sleep six adults.
There is also a bedroom with two single beds to sleep two people.

BATHROOMS x 1.5
Upstairs there is a shared family bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Downstairs there is a small shower recess off the laundry, with a separate toilet also off the laundry.

This is a licensed holiday home with the City of Busselton and the following applies by local law: no more than two cars are allowed at this property. No more than eight people allowed on the premises after 10pm. Guests must adhere to the Guest Code of Conduct (displayed inside the home).
DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED or you may face eviction if we receive a noise complaint.

Coastal midges and mosquitoes are a part of life in the South-West, especially at dusk. They are very attracted to inside lights at night.
We recommend that you keep doors and windows without screens closed to avoid insects entering the house. The best health advice is to wear long, loose clothing when outdoors and use insect repellant.

Staying there with family we had a great time. Having close beach access is ideal and quite removed from the chaos of town. Back yard and secure gates made it perfect for the dogs.The place was clean, ample crockery etc comfortable rooms and great deck out front.

The house looked amazing online and communication with the property manager was good. However when we arrived the house was infested with midgies. Granted there's nothing we could do about flying ones but there were dead ones every where. The house looked like it hadn't been cleaned. One of the windows was not working and looked like it was closed with some fabric so bugs infested that bedroom. The dog faeces weren't picked up from the backyard and bins were full. The location is amazing and with some litle renovations the house would be nice.

Beautiful holiday home

Simple little get away, perfect

Lovely beach house, close to glorious beach and cycle pathway. We did have a bit of trouble getting the fire going, I imagine the flu may need clearing. Otherwise, really enjoyable, we definitely book again. Thank you :)

Large beach house near Dunsborough

Good property for large groups, especially if you're looking for somewhere that allows dogs. A short walk to a nice beach and close to all the Margaret River attractions. If you're a light sleeper I would suggest taking air plugs as there is a fair bit of road noise from Bussel Highway.

Enjoyable stay

We loved our stay at the property. The house was clean and comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen, located just a few steps to the beautiful beach. My 86 year old mum had left behind her hand bag and Vicki was so accommodating to return it to us. Thank you very much. Just a thing, a couple of comfortable outdoor sofas on the balcony would have been great. But overall, a nice stay. Thank you.

Lovely little beach home for family and pets.

Lovely, clean and tidy little beach home for family and pets, with well equipped kitchen, in a beautiful location. Easy communication with the Property Manager, she was lovely. A couple things I would change. A bigger TV, a gate across the top of the stairs to prevent accidents for little ones and pets. I would also change the matress in the first double room. All in all I enjoyed my stay with my daughter's and lighting the wood fire to stay warm.

8 of us (including 3 small children) stayed at this property, it was a great size and comfortably accommodated all of us. The location next to the beach is amazing, a beautiful house in a wonderful location.
