The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with stone benchtops, a 5-burner stainless steel cooktop, large fridge, and a Miele dishwasher, all centred around a spacious island bench perfect for family-style prep, entertaining, or morning coffee rituals.
The king-sized primary bedroom sits off this main area offering private verandah access, a walk-in robe, and a stylish ensuite with dual vanities and heated towel rails. Please note that there is no enclosed area, and pets must not be left unattended at any time in accordance with local council regulations. Firewood is supplied in winter; otherwise, it can be purchased at local service stations.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
