Embark on a walk to explore your surroundings and encounter High Wheeldon, a distinctive dome-shaped hill near the Staffordshire/Derbyshire border, incorporating nearby Chrome Hill and Parkhouse Hill if you want to extend your travels, and experience some fantastic views of the unspoilt landscapes. Along with the spa town of Buxton and the lovely market town of Bakewell there is the stunning Haddon Hall with a Medieval chapel with 15th century frescos, Elizabethan Walled Gardens, all set in the picturesque setting of River Wye valley. Beautifully decorated stone-built cottage nestled beside the village church.
