Located in the heart of Buxton, you are within a few minutes’ walk of everything the town has to offer. This apartment, renovated in 2021, is located on the ground floor, in a stunning building, with all rooms off a long entrance hall. The living room has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a dining table seating four guests. The kitchen has been completely renovated to a very good standard and the family shower room has a large walk in shower. Completing the accommodation are two bedrooms, one master with a large wardrobe cupboard and and en-suite shower room. Outside is a garden, which is shared with other residents of the building, and allocated parking. Additional visitor spaces are available or there is plenty of unrestricted parking on the roadside if needed. This property is strictly no pets.

Buxton itself boasts fantastic restaurants, bars and quirky independent shops, not forgetting the opera house which has shows on all year round. If you fancy a city day out, just hop on the direct train into Manchester that runs until late in the evening. Locally there is an abundance of walks and trails, or head to the caverns in Castleton and have a journey through these amazing attractions that form part of the Peak District landscape.
