Lourdes é muito simpática e correta. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, tem ótimo espaço na churrasqueira e os quartos confortáveis com ar condicionado. Uma opiniao apenas para substituir a tv de um dos quartos que é de tubo. No mais tudo excelente. Amamos e vamos voltar mais vezes.

Excelente! A casa é ótima, grande e aconchegante ao mesmo tempo. Quartos com ar condicionado funcionando bem. A área coletiva é pequena, mas muito bem cuidada, vejo que limpam a piscina com frequência e o zelador é bem atencioso. Não tive a oportunidade de encontrar a Lourdes pessoalmente, mas foi sempre super prestativa e simpática. A localização do imóvel é muito boa tb, perto do canto esquerdo de Geriba e da Ferradurinha. Amamos nossa estadia, super recomendo. Muito obrigada, Lourdes! 😊

Excelente - Casa muito limpa e aconchegante

A descrição do anuncio é precisa . Não houve qualquer intercorrência durante a estadia, nada que gerasse qualquer mal estar (como som alto, sujeira, e demais questões que poderiam incomodar durante a nossa estadia). O imóvel estava em perfeitas condições de manutenção e higiene, e ainda que as fotos sejam precisas, o espaço verde da área interna e da piscina é tao lindo, tao apaziguador que fica melhor ainda do que nas fotos. A infraestrutura da casa é completa (panelas, copos, colchões, camas, pratos e eletrodomésticos, facilitando e atribuindo conforto e praticidade a nossa estadia. O espaço atende bem famílias com crianças pequenas, que ficaram seguras e entretidas (tem piscina pra bebe, etc). Recomendo totalmente este imóvel para amigos e familiares. Certamente voltarei. Minha família e eu amamos nossa estadia.

Casa ideal só faltou dar uma caprichada na limpeza

A casa é boa, quartos confortáveis, localização boa. Faltou uma limpeza mais adequada da casa, pois ao chegarmos a casa estava com cheiro de casa fechada e sem a devida limpeza. Também não fica tão perto assim da praia, fica a cerca de 1300 mts do canto esquerdo de Geribá. A capa do colchão da cama de casal do quarto de baixo não estava limpo. Se melhorar a limpeza a casa passa de boa para ótima, com excelente relação custo X benefício. Atendimento excelente da anfitriã.

Adoramos a estadia!!! Tudo muito limpo e organizado, além da casa ter tudo para o que você precisa no dia dia. O condomínio então nem se fala, com piscina e sauna a vapor. Super indico!!!
