Cuidado - Leia com atenção antes de reservar

O pior Hotel que fiquei desde sempre pelas seguintes razões : 1. Check In - Fila interminável se nenhuma organização que demorou mais de 2 horas. Entretanto a carregar as malas e com filho pequeno. 2. Quarto sujo, sofás rasgadas...., camas velas, mau cheiro geral. Geladeira antiga sem nenhuma agua. 3. Room Service inexistente, ninguém atende na recepção. 4. Serviço de malas inexistente, tivemos que transportar as malas até a porta do quarto. O resort é grande. 5. Café da Manha, Almoço, Jantar - filas para entrar, varias vezes tive que aguardar mesa e talheres. 6. Comida ok para fraco, poucas opções 7. Piscina suja 8. Localização Boa. 9. Infraestrutura péssima, tudo velho a cair aos pedaços, desde os quartos, as portas, as placas, elevador não funciona.... 10. Não recomenda, pelo mesmo valor encontram se opções muito melhores... 11. Claramente decepcionado 12. Check Out - mais filas... desta vez 1 hora e meia 13. Vendedores de marketing a tentar vender cotas de empreendimentos durante a estadia.....

O hotel é muito bom, area de lazer otima, comida boa, porem precisam organizar melhor o check in e o check out! Levei mais de 1 hora aguaradando os dois! Cheguem antes pois se perde muito tempo fazendo check in e na saida a mesma coisa! Nunca vi um ckeck tao demorado!

No caminho certo.

Sou hóspede há bastante tempo desse hotel e conseguimos perceber uma grande melhora que vem acontecendo com a nova administração do mesmo. Melhorias estão sendo feitas, o atendimento está bem melhor, estrutura sendo modernizada e etc. Estão no caminho certo para ser um dos melhores resorts do Estado.

Se sua ideia é praticidade e conforto não vá

No check in não tivemos uma orientação adequada - faltou informação básicas como : Wi-Fi ,Serviço de quarto, Horários dos restaurantes Meu quarto : a fechadura estava quebrada então quando eu saia do quarto ele não trancava (foto em anexo ) Recepção: algumas recepcionistas até tem boa vontade. Mas falta organização (talvez uma reciclagem de treinamento) Todas as vezes que precisei falar na recepção precisei ligar VÁRIAS VEZES até ser atendida Piscina : a piscina está suja ! Placas de lodo !! Sério. Tá no nojento ! Recriação : os recreadores parecem estar ali fazendo por fazer. Não teve interação com as crianças ,fizeram o básico do básico ! O hotel poderia colocar uma caixa de som na recreação na piscina com um microfone pra deixar mais animado Limpeza : me hospedei por dois dias e meu banheiro ficou fedendo os dois dias ! Até quando foram trocar as toalhas eles levaram as sujas e me deixaram sem ! Pedi toalhas as 13:00 e precisei ligar 2x p recepção..só recebi minhas toalhas 16h

Bonito, mas precisa melhorar

O hotel e lindo, mas grita por manutenção. Pintura dos quartos precária com mofo nas paredes,limpeza das piscinas faltando,com muito limo no fundo, azulejos e bordas quebradas, faltam espreguiçadeiras pra quantidade de hóspedes. Almoço e jantar nota 6, mas o café da manhã nota 10!

Muito boa… todavia, podia ter suco natural nas refeições… a piscina com borda infinita podia estar melhor conservada. No bangalô que ficamos os degraus da piscina tinha azulejos quebrados e a jacuzzi não estava funcionando…. Fora isso foi tudo perfeito!!!!

Faltando lenergia no Resort em várias partes. Sistema de cartões-chave para abertura de portas indisponível. Passei a estadia inteira acessando o quarto pela "janela" da varanda, a qual fui orientado a manter ligeiramente aberta para conseguir acessar o quarto.

Boa estrutura, manutenção ruim e má administração

O Búzios Beach tem uma ótima estrutura de piscinas e quartos de bom tamanho, porém deteriorados pela manutenção ruim. Há funcionários do hotel que incomodam os hóspedes insistindo para participar de uma apresentação em troca de um "brinde", porém não concedem o "brinde" ao final da chata apresentação, alegando que o hóspede "não se qualifica".

Infestação de marimbondos em toda a propriedade, oq é inaceitável em um lugar com tantas crianças. Academia precária. Café da manhã tinha iogurte azedo e banana descascada passada. Pintura precária. Instalações do hotel aparentavam abandono.

A estrutura do hotel é ótima. A comida, nem tanto. A qualidade caiu desde a última vez que fomos. Os quartos estão sendo modernizados, então, nos atendeu muito bem. Nossos pedidos por quartos próximos e no térreo foram atendidos. Os funcionários foram sempre muito gentis. Por ser um hotel grande, tinha fila para tudo… O fato de ser pé na areia é um diferencial. A piscina de borda infinita é linda!

se quiser um lugar bem cuidado, passe longe!

quarto entregue sujo e realizaram a limpeza apenas 3 dias apos a entrada no hotel. ficamos 5 dias e apenas com 1 dia de limpeza no quarto. secador de cabelos estragado, corredores sujos, banheiro sem shampoo mesmo apos a camareira passar no quarto e com previo aviso da falta do shampoo. experiencia horrivel.
