Less than 10 minutes to downtown Newburyport, as well as restaurants, the Beach & nature walking on Plum Island. 45 minutes to downtown Boston and Cambridge. Enjoy your morning coffee on either of our porches. Huge living room, fully-equipped kitchen, smoker grill, a picnic arbor, & fenced-in backyard. You won't want to leave!
