Honestly didnt know what to expect... This place is awesome! As a Canadian family with a 3 year old and a 8 month old it was perfect. We ended up with a unintentional late check in and we didnt have a phone to call for late check in but thankfully an amazing lady let us borrow her phone to call the number. It would be great if they emailed not texted info. But once we called he gave us our key and passcode to the gate and away we went. We got just the smallest cabin and it worked good for us. The floors werent that clean but beds were. The splash park was so much fun for both kids! And the pool was awesome too. Really appreciate the sunshelters for us northerners as we are almost glistening in the sun. There is a cook kitchen with full ovens and stoves if you want to cook more meals. The showers/toilets were so nice, nicer then our cabins shower. The laundry was nice too even though we didnt use it. Sad we didnt stay longer! It was awesome! Really appreciate it was gated so you really felt safe (even though we never felt unsafe outside of the gate either) Thank you for doing a great job!

We were very impressed by how clean and modern the deluxe lakeside cabin was. We were a little surprised to discover they were actually a duplex setup but it wasn’t an issue and we rarely heard our adjoining neighbours. Also loved how family friendly the park was with soo many facilities and activities available

In need of some love...but great great for kids

In need of maintenance and some finishing touches - blind fell off the window, no mats on entry so all dirt gets inside, no blankets for bunk beds only sheets, dinning table chair broken, dusty floors on arrival. Amentities - camp kitchen / pool and water slides / jumping pillow / onsite food availability are all excellent Location - excellent

Great place to bring the kids on holiday at, lots of activities to do, super close to town, walking distance, they have e-bike hire, and kids activities. Staff are lovely and it’s just a good vibe there :)

The water park and pool area were great for the kids and entertained them for hours each day. There was plenty of shade in this area but unfortunately most of the cabanas were broken. On the first night it was a challenge to find a working BBQ that wasn’t being used but as the week went on and there were less patrons on the park, this wasn’t a big problem. The two bedroom (superior) cabin was a great size for a family of five and well appointed. As for the cleanliness of the cabin , this was very poor. We had to clean the mould out of the AC unit and spray the mould in the shower. Event the blinds on the rooms and curtain at the front door were covered in mould.

This property was modern and spacious. However we experienced a lot of what we think were drain flies around the kitchen and bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. Also a cockroach was in the bathroom. We also had very noisy neighbours that kept us up till 1am and left footwear, bikes all over the porch and stairs that was supposedly to be shared access. However the grounds of the complex was lovely, clean, family oriented. Bus stop outside that goes into the town, timings are not often.

Some spots not clean in villa - a lot of dust. All things in line of site fairly clean but if ‘not’ in sight has been left. Behind tv in bedroom very dusty with hair on it.

This is a great place for families. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the facilities due to the rain and we wish we had stayed longer to enjoy it. Highly recommend to anyone.
