Nossa estadia foi excelente! Toda a família adorou e com certeza voltaríamos. A localização é ótima, muito perto da praia e com tudo por perto: mercados, restaurantes e comércio em geral.O apartamento é enorme, muito confortável e bem equipado, perfeito para famílias. Os funcionários do prédio são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, o que fez toda a diferença durante a estadia.O anfitrião também foi sempre muito acessível, respondeu rápido e nos deu todo o suporte necessário. Recomendo sem nenhuma ressalva!

Sempre vamos para este apartamento. SemReclamações. Ótima localização, organização e comunicação com o proprietário. É a melhor opção em Cabo Frio para viajar com a família. Com a ressalva de que Como todos os apartamento, precisam de algumas manutenções nos banheiros que apresenta vazamento de água. E seria interessante a reposição de um freezer tendo em vista que só tem uma geladeira pequena, então se vc bebe cerveja e gosta de fazer compras para cozinhar em casa, terá dificuldade neste processo de gelar as cervejas e carnes. Mas isso são detalhes, o apartamento é muito bom.

Viagem tranquila,o objetivo era descansar o AP é grande o local é tranquilo e as praias muito bonitas,já visitei outras vezes e provavelmente voltarei... ponto fraco é q o ar condicionado acho que precisa de manutenção está muito barulhento mas eu quase não uso no mais foi ótimo.

Muito melhor do que eu imaginava

Pessoal, esta foi, sem dúvidas, minha melhor escolha para hospedagem. Viajamos em família (cinco pessoas). O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Fica a uns 100 passos do melhor lugar da praia: o canto do Forte São Mateus. Em frente ao prédio tem dois mercadinhos. Tem padaria na mesma rua. É muito perto do centro (dá para ir apé tranquilamente). O apartamento é muito melhor do que é descrito. Tem três quartos excelentes. Televisão grande com netflix. Três banheiros. Dois dos quartos com ar condicionado. Porteiro 24h e zelador muito atenciosos. A casa tem tudo o que precisamos. Com toda a certeza voltarei a me hospedar lá.
