Linda casa ubicada en una hermosa colina en la cual tendrás una vista excepcional de todo el parque nacional Cabo pulmo (mar y montañas). Acondicionada con 1 habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales y baño privado, 1 baño adicional en la sala, cocina, comedor, wifi, smart tv en recamara y sala, balcón, estacionamiento privado. la casa está ubicada a 3km de las tiendas de buceo y restaurantes (8min manejando en auto convencional).
Un auto pequeño llega a la casa sin problema, no se necesita vehículo 4x4.
La casa cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales en una recamara en la cual cabes cómodamente 4 personas además en la sala hay un grande y cómodo sofá y tambien 2 colchonetas.

Great house with a breathtaking view, we loved it! It is a short drive to town and arbolitos beach. We had a ton of space and our dogs enjoyed the property too. Gen 3 Starlink setup worked great for wifi. Morony is a responsive host, as well. It is important to understand that Cabo Pulmo is an entirely off-grid destination--there is no electricity in the entire town. The house has a solar setup that worked fine for our needs. We had no issues with our FWD car to reach the property. In fact, the road to the house was in better shape than most in town. That said, if you are not nature-inclined, *need* AC etc then you should probably reconsider the destination all together. We stayed totally comfortable throughout the day and night in May. We left the windows open all the time and only used one of the provided fans at night and were totally comfortable. As the property is on the top of a hill, there was a delightful breeze almost all the time. For us, it was paradise!

El camino de acceso es complicado y el ultimo tramo hay que hacerlo a pie teniendo que subir tido el material. Com temperatura elevada todavia es menos agradable La terraza no tiene barandilla. No da mucha seguridad. No hay aire acondicionado , solo ventiladores y sl llegar estaba muy caliente. Costo bajar la temperatura. Por el contrario, la vista maravillosa
