Boqueron Villa

Great property and location!! Easy access to the bars and restaurants. We enjoyed the private beach and the pool. Owner was quick to respond to issues, and gave clear instructions. Parking was a challenge as our group had 3 vehicles and only 2 vehicles are allowed past the check-in. It was an easy walk to the villa, and (most) guards allowed us to rotate vehicles for loading/unloading luggage and groceries. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again!

Unfortunately for us the owner of this beautiful place didn’t pay the HOA FEES so the unit had no running water! So we were forced to go to another condo! Our biggest mistake was not to contact VRBO because that is why you pay extra fees! We still can’t believe it but we learned a big lesson!!!

Modern Home Away from Home

We had two kids (ages 2 & 5), mother, father and grandmother spend the holidays in this villa for 7 nights. It was easy to get to and in a gated community where we felt very safe. Every time we entered or left the property, a guard was on duty to let us in/out. The apartment is equipped with all that you would need to make a comfortable stay. It’s located in front of the kids pool of the property, however, we didn’t use it as there were many dead insects in the water. The grounds were well maintained and for the most part quiet, except for a neighbors dog. It was 8-10 minutes driving to the beach and the town. We would definitely stay here again.

2023 Vacation

Great place to spend time with the family. The facilities are great and alot of space for 8 people. Very clean, close to the pool and conftable. Walking to the beach is not a great Idea, to far for me, a few minutes on car. The only thing that I was unable to use, was the grill, brand new , but they forgot to put a battery on the starter and they left the gas tank open with no gas. Not my priority. We spend most of the time around town and the beach.

Comfort and style

Newly renovated, stylish and clean condo just 5 minutes drive from Boqueron Beach. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms, and the bedrooms are gorgeous and generous size. Everything you need for cooking, but bring your own oil, spices, etc. Listing said 2 queen beds and 2 doubles, but they all seemed to be the same size, and quite firm.
