The neighborhood is a peaceful residential area just a short drive from pristine beaches, top-notch golf courses, loads of dining and shopping options, and Walmart and Costco for all your basic needs. Here, you can enjoy amazing views of the Sea of Cortez and the desert landscape.

The property is 9.2 km | 5.7 miles from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It`s highly recommended that you rent a car to explore the area. There’s an assigned parking space inside the gated complex. The area also has Uber and Lyft services, and public transportation options.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will be charged if this rule is violated. If you wish to smoke, please do so only on the terrace area with the doors closed.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. This is a residential community, and we kindly ask you to be respectful of our neighbors’ rest and privacy.
