Our first night was rough, we checked into a dirty room with no properly working AC and a toilet that wouldnt flush at times, had to keep calling maintenance. We had to complain to the front desk the next morning because we were too scared to even go #2 in our room, front desk was very nice about everything and they switched us into a much bigger room. We went from a junior double bed (2 queen beds) to an executive 1 bedroom (3 beds). After the room change, the rest of our 6 night stay was perfect! The food everywhere was amazing apart from the Mexican food at the market. Every server from the buffet, market, poolside, golf cart drivers, cleaning ladies, & room services,were all very friendly, quick with services and respectful. Giovanni was our butler for our stay and a wonderful help with our room problems at the beginning of our stay. We also participated in the timeshare portion we appreciated the discussion and discounts given to us for going to the presentation. Although the employee, Tonia was very rude towards the end. She gave me and my mom tons of attitude after we wouldnt give her a definite "yes" to buy anything. I understand their job but she was by far the worst timeshare representative ive ever met. If anything was going to be wrong with the hotel, she could've easily ruined our stay. But shes lucky everyone after her was working their best to make our accommodation worth our money. We will definitely be back as long as we dont run into Tonia from sales.
