Flamingo Beach on yksi kauneimmista rannoista koko Costa Rica. Valkoista hiekkaa, hauska ja kaunis aallot ovat niin lähellä Oceanica, joten tämä huoneisto paitsi erinomainen arvo, mutta upea ja unohtumaton loma! Tämä huoneisto on esteetön näköala Tyynellemerelle ja lahti näkymät Potrero (pohjoisessa), jokaisesta tilava makuuhuone (jokaisella on oma ulosmarssi parveke) ja olohuone.

Nauti tästä kauniista ja valoisasta merinäköalahuoneistosta (täydellinen uusi maali-työ syyskuussa 2018) sekä helppo työskennellä keittiössä, jossa on tarvikkeita ja laitteita. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on upeat tai lahdelle, ulosmarssi parveke ja television. Master Suite on muokattuihin Guanacaste puusta, parivuode ortopedinen patja, muhkeat tyynyt ja suunnittelija lakanat. Runsaasti mukavuutta yhdessä uuden taulu-tv: n jokaisessa huoneessa. Nauti extra suuri kylpyhuone valtava kaappitilaa ja runsaasti tilaa kaksi aamuisin.

2., Queen bed ja lipasto ovat mukautettuja muotoillut paikallisia metsiä ja luotu rakkaudella ja huolellisesti. Siellä on runsaasti kaappia ja säilytystilaa, valaistus, kattotuuletin, TV ja tietysti ilmastointi. Plus 2 uloskäynti parveketta!

Tilava ja mukava olohuone runsaalla istuimet on suuri ja keskittynyt uuden 40 "Smart, taulu-tv DVD-soittimella. Smart TV on kuin jättimäinen pöytätietokone käden ulottuvilla. Ei vain voi käyttää mukana toimitetulla HDMI-kaapelin katsoa suosikki valikoima tietokoneeseen, mutta voit käyttää kaikkien suosikki sivustot, Google, sähköposti, FB, YouTube jne too! Se on erinomainen, uusi tekniikka käytettävissä. Tietenkin on langaton internetyhteys (WiFi) (mukaan lukien uusi vuonna 2018 ostettu hiiriverkko), vaikka rentoutuisi katetulla merinäköala-parvekkeella, jossa on runsaasti ulkotiloja (1 sohva, 2 pehmustettua tuolia ja 2 baaria ja tuotemerkki) uusi kaasugrilli).

Keittiö on hyvin toimiva syö-ruokapöytä sekä baari istuimet. Keittiö on täysin varustettu tonnia astiat, kattilat, pannut ja kodinkoneet. Omistaja oli entinen kokki, joten siellä on runsaasti keittiövälineitä, lautasia, lasit ja tonnia muita ruoanlaitto- ja keittiötarvikkeita. Täydellinen valikoima, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, roskat, tehosekoitin, leivänpaahdin, ruostumaton jääkaappi, jääpalakone ja suodatettu veden annostelija, graniittitasot ja kaksinkertainen pesuallas. Se on todella kokin unelma! Double pinon täysikokoinen pesukone, kuivausrumpu sijaitsevat erillisessä keittiön takana. Käytä tätä tilaa lisävarastoinnin tarvittaessa liikaa. Itse asiassa keittiö on suuri ruokakomero kaappi varastointiin soveltuviin extra kohteita ja suuria määriä ruokaa. Huoneistossa on jopa rantatuoleja, sateenvarjo, jäähdyttimet ja rantapyyhkeet.

Valmista suosikki ateriat ja nauttia gourmet BBQ kaasugrilli sijaitsee parvekkeelle, sekä runsaasti gourmet astioita ja keittiövälineitä tarjotaan. Oceanicassa on hissi, jolla on helppo kuljettaa matkatavaroita, päivittäistavaroita tai niitä, jotka eivät pidä portaista.

Oceanica on runsaasti pysäköintitilaa, iso yhteisön allas suihku sekä Rancho ulkona BBQ: n tai vain rentoutua uima-altaassa kanssa meressä taustalla. Flamingo Beach is one of the best beaches on the Pacific, I have visited including all HI Islands

This was my second trip to Costa Rica but my first to the Flamingo area. The condo was in great shape and the best accommodation I have stayed in Costa Rica. I am sure you can find a better condo or resort but not at this rate times two. The condo had everything you needed, and the view was awesome of the Pacific Ocean. It was a short walk to the beach. The other part that we appreciated was the support by Pamela. She met us and helped us understand the condo and the local area so we could maximize our vacation. I would highly recommend this VRBO, top shelf!

Paradise

For the first timer's like us, this was heaven! EVERYTHING you can think of was there at the Condo. From the coffee maker to the spectacular view, it was ALL there! It was on the third floor with a view of everything. Close to the beach, close to the restaurants in that area, and close to the Marina. (Walking distance to all) The Marina which is walking distance, has a great little market, and there is a full market less than 5 minutes away by car. I highly recommend this condo to ANYONE!

Amazing condo in a perfect location

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo in Playa Flamingo, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we booked, our host, Pamela, was fantastic. She was incredibly prompt with her communication and provided all the details we needed to make our stay seamless. Pamela went above and beyond by sending us a detailed map with clear instructions on how to get to the condo from the airport. She also helped us arrange our rental car and provided a wonderful list of local activities, which made exploring the area a breeze. The condo itself was stunning, featuring amazing ocean views from all the patios. We loved sitting outside, listening to the sound of the waves—it truly felt like paradise. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the most beautiful beach in the area. Plus, there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, making it super convenient. The condo is well-stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including umbrellas, beach chairs, and towels. It even came with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, which was a nice touch! The only thing to note is that there isn’t a clothing iron available, so if you need one, bring a steamer. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Pamela, for making our trip so memorable!

Great Costa Rican Vacation

Condo was perfect. All the basics you needed were supplied and the views were unbelievable. Flamingo is a great vacation spot. Beautiful beach, great restaurants/bars and the locals are so friendly. Pamela met us at condo at check-in and told us everything we needed to know about the condo and area. She also helped us with airport transportation and tours. Perfect host. Amazing condo, amazing views!

We traveled as a family of four, two adults and two kids. The condo was very spacious, clean, and had everything you needed to make family meals. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to the Flamingo Marina shops. We rented a car and had an easy time finding parking at the condo. Pamela was very accommodating with the check-in and check-out process. She was easy to communicate with. The pool was a lot of fun in the evenings when we were done playing at the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible! We would definitely come back and stay at Pamela's place.

Great condo, awesome location!

Great condo exactly as advertised with beautiful beach/ocean views from either balcony. Pamela was extremely accomodating and accessible with lots of helpful information. Just a short walk to Playa Flamingo which was never crowded during our stay. The pool was also really nice and well maintained. The complex has security guards and felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Breathtaking!

This condo delivers on its description, photos, and more! Pamela is a great host and who made our first trip to Costa Rica a memorable experience. She was responsive and she provided us with plenty of information such as directions, places to go, tours, and information about Playa Flamingo in and around the condo. We showed up prepared to relax and take in everything the area had to offer. The condo itself is very spacious, modern, and clean. It is generously equipped with kitchen supplies to do your own cooking; as well as supplies like beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. These details made it so easy for us to travel light from the US. This condo complex is the closest one you can get to the beach without staying next door at the Margaritaville resort. The views from the condo and the pool are breathtaking! Plenty of parking. Walkable community to grocery, restaurants, shops and the marina. We loved everything about this condo and the area and will definitely be back.

Wonderful property and fantastic host

The property is first rate and was very clean when we arrived. The items stocked when we arrived allowed us to not need to buy some items, that we would only use a few times. The distance to the beach was great even with a long stairway back to the unit. The sunsets were made for this unit, 180 wonderful views. Can recommend as a great property for a stay at Flamingo.

A week in Paradise

We absolutely loved everything about this place. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and well supplied. You can’t beat the location. Just a few steps from the beach and the most incredible sunsets from the balcony. We loved the small town feel. Many great restaurants and the locals were incredible friendly. We made a trip to Tamarindo, which had many more restaurants and shops, but we definitely preferred the quaintness of Playa Flamingo. Pamela was also fabulous to work with. So helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great condo, great location

Stayed several times in Guanacaste and this condo and stay were the best. Location is perfect for a short walk to the beach or for a restaurant in the small downtown. Pamela was a great host with any questions answered. Beach chairs, a boogie board and spices/cooking needs exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend for groups of 4 or less.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Oceanica condo and loved every minute of it! The condo and the views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful. Pamela was so helpful in our planning process, going above and beyond to help us with a car rental, tours, & shuttles. The condo has all the amenities you could need, and stores, restaurants, and beaches are right around the corner. Highly recommend, can’t wait to go back!!

Could not be better! Pamela, our host, arranged everything and her referrals set us up for a perfect vacation. Her car rental contact, restaurant referrals and suggestions worked out perfectly. The view from her Condo is incredible and the pictures on her listing don't do it justice. Some hints: you will want a car - the walk from Flamingo Beach is steep. AVOID eating at Margaritaville- overpriced, grungy and infested with racoons at night that will climb on your upper level table and extra chairs. Loco Coco is great and there are many other very good places to eat. A well stocked grocery store is less than 5 minutes by car. Flamingo Beach is wonderful with great surf for boogie boarding or just relaxing. There is a BBQ in the unit but use the one by the pool. There are tables and sink for food preparation there. Fabulous Condo & Host!

This is our first trip to Costa Rica, and we could not be more pleased with this condo and the host. We had ocean views, super clean condo, and the host was very communicative in advance and greeted us and provided some details about the spacious 2BR 2 BA unit. We enjoyed sunset views of Flamingo Beach and the breeze on the patio. Perfect mobility for my 80 year old mother who has trouble with steps and stairs. We would stay here again, and highly recommend you book this unit. We were super pleased with surrounding area, come stay here, great food in the area, nice people, great unit.
