Cabourg: Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for 4 people - 100m from the sea with terrace
In a few words ... beautiful apartment of 38 m2 composed of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom that can accommodate 6 people (a large bed, a sofa bed and a sofa in the living room convertible into sleeping 2 places), with a balcony and a terrace. Fully equipped and completely redone in 2018. Located 100 m from the beach, 600 m from the center of Cabourg.
1. Situation
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator of the residence Les Cormorans. It is a quiet and luxurious residence, located first row on the east side of Cabourg. The residence is located 100m from the promenade Marcel Proust (which runs along the sea).
Among the points of interest easily accessible, the casino is located at 700m, the heart of the city center (avenue de la mer) at 600m. The market with its large hall is 1 km. For fish very good, fresh and very affordable, we also recommend the fish market Dives sur Mer, located 1.5 km from the apartment, accessible through the Dives and along the port.
You can park your car in the street, where parking is free, and there is always room available. Parking areas are painted yellow and easy to spot.
The apartment has a double orientation, with the rooms and a balcony overlooking the west facade, a terrace on the north side (sea side).
2. Apartment
The apartment has been completely redone in 2018. It consists of an entrance with a coat rack and a cabinet for storing shoes, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a living room with dining area, a bathroom, a small room and a large room.
The large bedroom opens onto a balcony, and the living room with its large bay window opens onto a terrace. Its surface is 38 m2.
It has a maximum capacity of 6 people (1 double bed in the large room + 1 sofa bed in the small room + 1 sofa bed in the living room) + 1 baby with a cot.
The apartment is not vis-à-vis live and quiet, it overlooks the garden of the residence very well maintained.
3. Cooked
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped.
The appliances include fridge, oven, vitro-ceramic hob, silent hood, microwave, dishwasher and a washer-dryer useful for long stays.
All equipment is quality (fridge, hood Electrolux and oven Faure new Miele dishwasher and washing machine).
The kitchen also has a kettle, Nespresso machine, as well as a standard coffee maker, and a toaster. You all have the necessary equipment to cook with a salad basket, a drip tray, a large cookware, chopping board and utensils.
In the kitchen, near the entrance, is a large closet a vacuum cleaner, a broom, an ironing board, an iron, and 2 additional folding chairs.
4. Living room
The living room has a dining area and a seating area.
The dining area has a square table usable for 4 people, expandable to accommodate up to 6 people. A large dresser features all the classic dishes you need, as well as elegant wine glasses and champagne flutes. The little ones are not left out since you will also find cutlery for children.
The lounge area has a new 80 cm LCD TV placed on a TV stand with adjustable tray, a box Wi-Fi and HD TV, a DVD player blu-ray, a coffee table on two levels, and a sofa 3 places, which is convertible into a double bed 140 * 200cm. You will find a duvet and pillows under the bed of the large room.
The large bay window provides access to the terrace, it is equipped with an electric shutter.
5. Bathroom
The bathroom includes toilets surmounted by a water heater, a shower and a sink with storage and mirror.
For more comfort of use, ventilation is installed, and can be turned on independently of the light when you take a shower, and an electric towel warmer will allow you to warm the room and dry your towels.
6. Big room
The large bedroom has a queen size bed 2 places (160 * 200 cm). This is a chest bed, the box spring is equipped with verrins for mounting, and access to a storage space in which you will find quilts and pillows, as well as baby equipment.
This bed is almost new, but we ask you to be extremely careful when handling the trunk, and to open the box spring by positioning yourself at the foot of the bed to avoid any risk of injury and do not get your fingers caught. Also be very careful not to use the trunk in the presence of children and not to let them handle it.
The mattress is comfortable and new, and rests on a slatted frame. The bedroom has an integrated closet with sliding doors, with wardrobe shelves and drawers.
A large glass door provides access to the west balcony, and is equipped with an electric shutter.
7. Small room
The small bedroom has a sofa that can be easily converted into a very comfortable double bed (dimensions 140 * 190), as well as a small wardrobe to store your belongings. You will also find in this wardrobe some board games.
The duvet and pillows are under the bed of the large room.
8. balconies
The north terrace is accessible by the large bay window of the living room and has a garden furniture with 6 chairs to take your meal outside.
The west balcony is accessible through the large bedroom and has 2 sun loungers and a small table. It will allow you to sunbathe in the quiet of the residence, read a book or have a coffee while enjoying the sun.
9. Baby home
Everything is planned to accommodate a baby, with a cot, a mattress, mattress pads, a pillow, and a pot (you will find all this material under the bed of the large room). You can position the bed in the small room if it is not occupied (sofa bed in sofa position), otherwise it will stay in the large room along the bed.

Bed linen and towels are not provided.
