Court séjour à Cabourg

Très bon emplacement à 50 mètres de la mer. Accès par un chemin sans voiture. Logement bien équipé et fonctionnel. Immeuble au calme. Dispose d'un parking en sous-sol ce qui est un plus indéniable surtout le weekend. places à l'extérieur

Bon emplacement mais appartement peu pratique

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement lors de nos derniers jours de notre periple en Bretagne + Normandie. L’appartement est assez grand mais beaucoup de place est perdue avec notamment un lit suspendu au plafond ( oui oui),car il y a du coup très peu de meuble. L’appartement à un jardin bétoné qui ne donne pas directement sur la plage comme le montre la photo mais sur les immeubles voisins. La plage est toutefois très proche.. Dommage que l’appartement ne fournisse pas de serviettes de douches, ni saupalin, ni torchons, etc L’appartement manque de beaucoup d’accessoires et de meubles, ce qui ne facilite pas les choses pour le maintenir propre. Je pense qu’un aménagement plus adapté rendrait l’appartement plus agréable.

Location Topissime de par son emplacement situé à 50 m de la plage ! Top pour les enfants. Apparemment plus grand que ce que l'on pensait et tres fonctionnel. Bonus 1 place dédiée dans le parking souterrain de la résidence. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Studio sans vue mer mais sur une barre d'immeuble. Très sale d'autant plus en sachant que c'est le propriétaire qui l'a occupé juste avant nous, surtout la salle de bains. Vaisselle sale aussi. Lumière chambre enfants pas sécurisée. Prix absolument pas justifié, limite du vol. Pour € 97/nuit, il y a beaucoup mieux sur Cabourg. Je serais en droit de demander un remboursement/dédommagement. Heureusement studio en vente, les arnaques vont être limitées. J'ai tout plein de photos pour justifier mes dires. Abritel, faites attention quand vous prenez une annonce d'un propriétaire
