The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² living room with TV, single sofa bed, armchair and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a desk.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside:
- Enjoy a beautiful, fully enclosed and secure south-facing 200 m² garden, ideal for pets, with garden furniture available for your relaxing moments.
- A petanque area with a boules set is provided.
- A terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Caen, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the Lux cinema (50 m away).

Activities :
Come and discover the city of Caen, the city of the Dukes of Normandy. Classified as a Town of Art and History, despite the bombardments of June 1944 the town has managed to preserve its architectural heritage. William the Conqueror's castle, the Abbey-aux-Hommes, the Abbey-aux-Dames, the Musée de Normandie and the many shows and concerts on offer in the town make up a rich cultural offering. And let's not forget the Caen Memorial museum, a unique place to reflect on conflicts and peacekeeping.
The "Le lux" cinema, just 2 steps from the accommodation, sometimes offers themed evenings and various events throughout the year.
There is also a large green park 30 metres from the accommodation.
