An outstanding luxurious newly refurbished 1 bedroom 1 ½ bathroom apartment with the benefit of an extended sunny balcony and BBQ room. Ideal for honeymooners and couples looking to escape.
The apartment on the 3rd floor and is entered via its own front door in a beautiful conservation area.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and furnished with all flooring beautifully replaced with teak wooden flooring making it elegant and comfortable.
The master bedroom had a large double bed with a separate marble bathroom, separate shower and bath tub, W/C and two basins with excellent good storage space. The washing machine is located in a small utility room off the balcony
Both the living/bedroom room looks out onto the open balcony. A perfect place to sit and enjoy the long summer evenings. Flat screen TV, Equipped with WIFI. . The well equipped kitchen has a full fridge and dishwasher.
