Terrazza61 is an elegant apartment, located in the district of Monte Urpinu, near the homonymous hill, in one of the most exclusive and panoramic areas of Cagliari, just few minutes from the coastline of Poetto (main beach of the city) and close to the most important streets of the center.
It is the ideal apartment for small families, couples or a small group of friends who want to live a unique and chic experience in the city of the sun.
The apartment of about 95 sqm, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor of a prestigious building both from an architectural and technological point of view. The front courtyard, very well maintained with typical Mediterranean vegetation, is intended in part to the area reserved parking.
Terrazza61 consists of a very well furnished entrance/living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV, dining area with table and chairs. Independent and separate, the kitchen equipped with all the main small and large appliances that, directly overlooks the main terrace of the house.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, both double and equipped with all comforts. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, overlooks a beautiful private furnished terrace. Flagship of the apartment are, without any doubt, its large terraces furnished with style, from which you can contemplate the city of Cagliari from the first light of the day during a rich breakfast in the open air, or at sunset enjoying a fresh aperitif.
The apartment has air conditioning/ heating, laundry area, private parking and free Wi-Fi.

However, we truly value the opportunity to welcome you in person, as we believe every stay begins with a warm smile and a handshake. For this reason, check-in takes place in person between 4:00pm and 9:00pm.
Knowing your arrival time in advance allows us to organize everything smoothly. Since we manage multiple properties, any delay may cause other Guests to wait. Punctuality is a simple yet meaningful gesture that allows us to offer every Guest a warm and timely welcome.
Please notify our Booking Office of your flight or ferry arrival time at least 72 hours in advance via message or email, so we can schedule an appointment for key handover with a Sardinia Chic team member.
For evening arrivals, a supplement of € 50.00 applies for check-in between 9pm and 12am, with prior notice. After midnight, the supplement increases to € 100.00. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed by our team.
The Contract
Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign the rental contract, required by law, for short-term tourist stays.
Deposit
The refundable deposit of € 500,00 should be paid by credit card at check-in. It is fully refundable at check-out unless damage is caused to the House.
The Tourist Tax
The tourist tax, excluded from the total stay, is applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. The Municipality of Cagliari requires the payment of a tourist tax to be paid on site, equal to € 1.50 (one/50) per person per night (children under 12 and those over 70 are excluded) for the first 5 (five) days of stay. Payment of the tourist tax will be required for all stays from 1 January to 31 December and must be paid in cash during check-in operations.
**We welcome our guests with a richly assorted welcome tray: choose between the enveloping aroma of our selected tea bags and the vigorous flavor of coffee, accompanied by delicious cookies and tempting crackers.

LOCATION
The district of Monte Urpinu which takes its name from the homonymous hill, was built starting from the fifties but saw its true expansion in the seventies, when a series of buildings developed around the hill, all intended for residential use. It has a panoramic road, viale Europa, from which it is possible to admire one of the most beautiful panoramas of Cagliari, the vastness of the Molentargius Regional Natural Park, the Saline and the promontory of the Sella del Diavolo. The presence of some squares, tree-lined avenues but, above all, of the Monte Urpinu Park, give the neighborhood a vocation of Green Quarter of the city.
In the neighborhood there are various shops selling basic necessities, supermarkets and the Binaghi Hospital.
Poetto Beach
Immense and beautiful city beach, 8 km of coastline between Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena: soft sand, blue sea, relax, fun and sport. Long the entire littoral there are facilities equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, kiosks, beach bars, restaurants and pubs.
The beach can be reached by car or public transport, starting from Via Milano (corner Via Arezzo) and from here take the 5ZE line.
