This Hotel was right on the water, with the mustiness that you expect from the location. It was so close to everything that the only times we didn’t just walk was to and from the airport.

The hotel is great for any boat activities, since the reef terminal is right there. The train station is walkable, and it is conveniently located from many dining options. Some of the esplanade attractions are also right by the hotel. While most things in the hotel are great, the men’s shower area for the pool was very slippery and looked out of place compared to the quality of everything else. I can’t speak for the women’s shower area, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same.

Hotel and rooms are well appointed, food is tasty and service is welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent- overlooking the marina. Walking distance to tour departures, restaurants, shops, playgrounds etc. it is well worth booking a horizon club room for the included breakfast and happy hour. The property is very dated and showing signs of wear. Enjoyed our family holiday and have already rebooked to return.

When we arrived, we met a receptionist named Nao. We don’t think she is capable in her job. She needs to learn how to be a better receptionist to serve customers more effectively.
