Tiki Dreams is your serene little sanctuary in Cairns, conveniently located just 1.2 kilometers from the city center. A leisurely 15-minute stroll will take you to the heart of the city, where you can explore everything this vibrant destination has to offer.

This charming and character-filled apartment features two generously sized bedrooms with built-in robes, a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area perfect for entertaining, and access to an on-site swimming pool.

While it may not boast the modern lines of a brand-new build, this delightful space is brimming with personality and offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
