This was by far the worst hotel experience I ever had, first of all the AC is not working well even-though we were in the most premium room, second the jackuzi was dirty, third the hotel has no generator for electricity even though the area is known for its power black outs, the electricity was out for 6 hours also the water also is not there. After we came at night at 1:00 am we were surprised that the water has not returned yet and the staff just said it was a general thing in the whole area. We left at 2:00 am and didnt spend the night there, we looked at another hotel, there was also Alots of strangers hanging out in the lobby which was very uncomfortable.

Location and the view was amazing. Don’t get any alcoholic drinks at the rooftop it’s now worth it and the make it very bad and charge us so much money. (We requested a margarita and they pored a green bottle in the cup and charger get us 25 US$) totally scam.

Great location. The hotel staff was great. Breakfast on the rooftop with a backdrop of the Sphinx and Great Pyramids is unbeatable. Only concern was the room. It was smaller than anticipated but did the job.

The owner and staff were quite helpful in booking tours and making us feel welcome. The restaurant on the top floor is also a great feature as it has a fantastic view of the pyramids and sphinx as well as good food and drinks. We were on a little bit of a budget but were able to still have a very nice time staying at this hotel and we were able to do some great tours right from the hotel.

The worse experience ever . I already paid and they want to charge me again claiming that I'm not in their system when I already paid them through Expedia.so I decided to go to different hotel and when I ask for my refund back they give me a run around and they kept my money anyway don’t let the pictures full you it’s so bad and nasty my advice to you from my own experience stay away from that place and save your money

The hotel and staff were very nice but it was very noisy. There was construction going on next door until 9 at night and then road construction noise every night until 2-3 in the morning. You are right across from the sound and light show. That is twice a night 3-4 times a week.

Better than the Pyramids

It's great and the restaurant is better than the Pyramids as you can sit there all day and their there in front of you. You don't need to move just look. It's great foods good service is good and it's clean. PS you can book all the camel car and tour stuff there too . No crap good value. If your not into getting cooked it's all there in front of you at your pace. G

Enjoyed our one night stay. The room was clean, ac worked, bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. The staff was also extremely helpful in getting our tour organized with a great guide and getting us airport transfer all within a responsible price. We also enjoyed the ruff top restaurant which offered more amazing views of the sphinx and pyramids and savored the food.

Property was very basic but you can't beat the location! Right across the street from the main Pyramids entrance, so the rooms with balconies give you a private view of the pyramids and sphinx!
