The holiday home is located in Sardinia, on the island of Sant'Antioco, 3 kilometers from the picturesque town of Calasetta and 90 kilometers from Cagliari airport, served by numerous international airlines. The apartment is in a unique position of complete peace, with direct access to the sea, in the centre of an exclusive private peninsula with characteristic Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by the beach and the rocks. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday in a corner of paradise in Sardinia.

The apartment, completely independent with its own garage, is separated from the main house (where the owners live) by an internal courtyard. It is equipped with sleeping space for four people (one bedroom with a king size bed, and one with two wooden bunk beds suitable for children only), a living room with table, sofa, TV and a kitchenette (fully equipped with stove, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher , toaster, kettle, coffee maker) and a bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer.

Outside, the holiday home has a veranda with a roof, furnished with a table and chairs. The property enjoys a splendid view over the sea and the island of San Pietro, which can be admired from a belvedere with garden furniture. Guests can also relax in the pinewood hammocks and deckchairs. Neighbours' homes are located at a distance of over 300 meters.
