Pessimo serviço do hotel!

Apartamanto particular, o hotel nao oferece servicos, sem garagem, nao arrumou quarto no prazo, sem direito café da manha, paguei para virar o ano e nao pude comprar a entrada da festa pois nao tinha mais vagas para apartamento particular, obs: tinha vagas para outros tipos de hospedes do hotel, este que este apartamento oferece, não. Piscina marrom com bastante óleo boiando na agua. Almoço sem qualidade a comida nao tinha variedade e estava salgada, prato de picanha na chapa a noite veio 60% tomate a cebola crua. Existe discriminaçao dos hospedes de apartamento particular no atendimento.
