- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.



People in the property:

· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.



Check-in:

· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00

- Key delivery option at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros

*Please note that there may be a delay at the time of key delivery at the accommodation, for reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.



Late arrival and departure outside opening hours:

· Option for late arrival from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Option for late arrival from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Out-of-hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.



· Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.



· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.



Cleaning:

. The apartment must be properly tidied, dishes cleaned and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



No beach towels are provided.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.

If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.



· No smoking.



- Prohibited from lighting candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.



- IMPORTANT:

In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay.
