The house of 178m2 is close to the main commercial area of ​​Calella only 1min from the beach and yacht club, 50min from the center of Barcelona and 70km from El Prat Airport with direct SEGALES bus. It is distributed over three floors and has a patio and two terraces, one of them with sea views. On the main floor we find the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed each and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a suite-type bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom. It has a dishwasher, Italian coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, flat screen TV in several rooms, fans, heating for winter, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free public parking nearby and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted.
