Nice clean room. Close to Air port and planing to visit Banff this is best option and one and half hour drive to Banff. Breakfast just basic needs lot of improvement.

Staff was great, room was clean, the furnishings and decor in the lobby had seen better days and the van that shuttled us to the hotel definitely needed a good detailing. Driver was very friendly and spoke highly of his coworkers and management. Overall, a solid 4.

Room was clean and maintained. Bed comfortable. But then…ANTS!! We complained and they brought flying insect spray (outdoors) then the ants were crawling all over the tv cabinet in the morning (video evidence). I showed to front, requested a refund of the room. They said the manager would email me and 5 days later, nothing. Completely unimpressed having to shake ants off my clothes in my suitcase. I also shouldn’t have to tell staff that certain chemical sprays are harmful to breathe. I have never had to ask for a refund until now.

The hotel itself was great, but the area was terrible not only was it right on the highway so very very loud all night long. There was also no dining near by so we had to drive to get food or order in to the hotel
