Initial room smelt strongly like old cigarette smoke masked with strong perfume. Called front desk and they came to smell and “smelt nothing”. Said no it’s a non smoking room and nobody smoked in it cause they would be charged. Said the cigarette burn marks on the wall were “old” and the walls aren’t good as they hold smell- we should try turning on the AC. We finally got another room after my husband explained he knows that they have a few spare rooms available even when they say they are fully booked. The next room we got was just fine. I would hope they don’t sell that room until it is cleaned and aired out properly

Very accomadating staff with a nice hot breakfast. The tv was clear with good sound and water pressure was excellent. There was a very comfortable soaking tub which is getting harder to find these days. A good stay overall

The room was due for a refresh. The paint was in poor condition, the arms worn through the armchair, the lap shades faded and cracked, and cigarette holes in the blinds. I wish that we had known that we were booked into a smoking room; the smell was strong, strong enough that you could smell it on our clothes. All first-world problems, but frustrating.

Terrible, turned away when checking in and then no response from staff or management when trying to get me a refund for the room I paid for but wasn't allowed to stay in. So now I'm out $270 and been told by Expedia I'm not getting a refund. Thanks a lot Comfort Inn and Expedia for stealing almost $300 from me!!! You both just lost a customer for life. Hope the $300 was worth the potential loss of $1000's over the years.
