Good'nuff

Hotels.com messed up and charged me for a night i had canceled. By the desk lady sorted it out, and had the charges reversed. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room had a strange burn mark? In the carpet mid room, but that's harmless, just ugly. Everything else was good! No complaints. But no extra applause. We didn't get to the pool or the breakfast.

It was a clean hotel. The washroom was clean, and the room was spacious. The breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff was very responsive. It has two opposing points. The bathroom had one tiny bottle of shampoo that could barely be used by one person, and we were three people. I think the staff should put at least three of those tiny bottles in the bathroom, and it didn't have body wash. When I wanted to take a bath, I was surprised when I couldn't find a body wash. The other negative was not having those Spa slippers. Those disposable Spa slippers that can be found in any regular hotel are a necessity. with very few things, you guys can make your hotel a better place to stay.

When we arrived we were placed in a room on the 1st floor. The rooms are carpeted and therefore have a very strong musty/wet smell. I asked to move rooms and was shown 2 other rooms which both had the same smells. I settled for a room on the 2nd floor. If you are sensitive to smells, this hotel may not be for you. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Powdered “fake” eggs.

Cute and cozy hotel! The property was very clean with a large parking lot. A bit dated but very cute and cozy. Breakfast was great with a nice selection. Clean pool and a small gym The only complaint is they need to update the pillows. All 6 were thin.
