Contains a dining room and bar. BUT dining room closed each evening when needed. Staff OK but unable or unwilling to put us in a room closer to the facilities. We were at the end of the hotel next to the pool and no outside window. I am 90 so this was strong negative. Do not plan to return.

We checked in earlier (they couldn't figure out what they were supposed to charge us until the next morning)but arrived to sleep at 3am and at 830am housekeeping was knocking on our door to clean the room?!!? Were planning on showering at around 930am but shower drain was mostly plugged so showered anyway. This used to be the place to stay in High River but definitely now needs some TLC. Would stay elsewhere next time if in the area.

Check in was fine. We didn’t get the rate we booked. The room was musky with the pool just outside our window. We booked a king bed and got 2 queens. Restaurant food for breakfast was excellent with excellent service.

I booked a king. Room provided had two queen beds and fridge did not work. Moved to a king room but air conditioning did not work. Then moved to another king room - carpet had just been cleaned ( I think?) room smelled but we kept as I did not want to move again. Staff were nice. Breakfast included was good. They need to maintain their rooms better.
