Booked us in a room where thermostat isn’t working. Super hot room with no AC and couldn’t help us out! Never again. Sheets are dirty too with other people’s hair and makeup grease. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book here.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. Had a shuttle which was good. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool area was dirty and floors needed cleaning. There was never enough towels in the hotel. Needed 4 towels but only had 2 and there was no towels in the pool area. Generally, this hotel was good.

Just returned from the UK, 🇬🇧 not a good start. Vehicle battery was dead needed a boost, then got to the hotel and checked in it was busy but not an issue. Everything is covered in snow but from previous hotel stays in this area over the years it was good over all, although I have issues with snow and ice but not the hotels fault. I usually stay in a Holiday Inn Express in Canada 🇨🇦 while travelling and also in Scotland very happy with the quality and overall services.
