At Check the host was rude and short and didn’t listen to our requests They said they call us when a room was cleaned and ready and we never got a call The breakfasts weren’t cooked and made us both sick the entire day The rooms heat wasn’t working right and we were cold The “free” water and refreshments we paid extra weren’t stocked and the beverages were warm if there was any Last day the breakfast was over cooked and the bread was hard Every time we stay there it’s getting worse We will stay elsewhere from now on Beware that this hotel is lacking and there are many other hotels for the same cost !

My experience was very disappointing because both the hotel and Expedia do not seem willing to work with clients or guests when simple mistakes occur. For a one-night stay in Calgary, I was given no options to rebook after I accidentally booked the wrong dates. A refund was completely off the table. Despite making the reservation myself, I was simply told, "We can’t refund you. Sorry about that. Let us know if we can do anything." This lack of flexibility is unacceptable, and I will definitely be looking elsewhere for future stays. Thank you.
