Check-in speed is slow in general. Room is clean and modern but the air conditioning control is quite stupid … it offers much less control than traditional remote and our room is extremely cold when cold air is active … but you can’t turn it off, nor reduce the fan speed…the only option is to turn up the temperature but it will eventually cause the air conditioner to give warm air.

Air conditioning unit didn’t work even on “cool” paint was peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom in multiple spots. For almost 500$ a night I would expect better then and old rundown hotel with poor upkeep.

Ok for a solo traveler

We did not have the best experience. Overall, the hotel itself is nice with the pool area and restaurant, but our room was tiny & dark. We got a “queen” room, which was most definitely a full bed. The AC unit was also right next to the bed & was extremely loud and cold. We traveled with a baby and the room set up was not ideal for a family.
