This stylish home is quiet but not secluded.

Only 2 Blocks from downtown, it is in a fantastic location. Close to all amenities including banks, spas, and medical. Walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, and local restaurants.

Only 2 km to Woodside Golf course, and minutes to Hiway#2.

Just off of Main Street in a safe part of the friendly city.

Airdrie is a central location to Calgary, Banff, Red Deer & Drumheller.

This large and comfortable home is an old traditional Airdrie home. It has recently been renovated inside so it is clean, comfortable, and up to date.

We call this home design a 4 Level split. It has 4 floors of living space separated by short flights of stairs. If you aren’t capable of doing stairs, this is not the home for you. If you don’t mind stairs you will love the layout as there is lots of room for everyone to have their own space.

Main Floor - When you open the front door you will walk in to a roomy open concept main floor. The only thing separating the kitchen from the living & dining room is the extra large kitchen island. Relax on the couch at the end of the day while easily keeping an close eye on dinner.

Upper Floor - On the top level you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, his/hers closets with mirrors for doors, a dresser for personal items and a half bath ensuite.
You will also find 2 more bedrooms that have an extra long single bed in each. The extra long bed is the same length as a Queen bed, they are just not as wide as a Queen. An average sized adult will sleep comfortable on these beds. There is a beautiful full bathroom on the upper floor as well. A nice deep bathtub to soak in and a trendy above the counter sink.

Third Level - This floor of the house feels like a sunshine basement. It has a nice sized rumpus room with a wood burning fireplace. Right now the fireplace is just for looks and we can’t be having any fires in it... hopefully one day it will be crackling again, but for now the rock gives a nice earthy feel to the room. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, closet, and dresser for your personal items. The bedroom stays nice and cool in the summer.
You will also find one more full bathroom with a bathtub and pedestal sink on this level.

4th Level - There is also another finished room with a closet and single bed in it. This room has a window that is too small to escape safely in the event of a fire, so if you decide to use it, you do so at your own discretion. In the basement you will also find a washing machine and dryer should you need to throw in a load of laundry. There is a lot of room for storage in the basement of the house which you likely won’t make much use of.

Because this home is in the wonderful location of “Old Town” Airdrie, the lot is large. There is a large deck in the backyard facing north and the front of the house has a lovely south facing deck.
We do have some beautiful mornings. You are welcome to use the large front yard, front deck, back deck, and the entire house.
