Our room had an overwhelming smell of smoke, we asked for a refund but the front desk could not accommodate this, they would only provide an option for another room. The other room is better but definitely not great and hardly clean. The manager is unavailable until Monday and we would have to wait three days to see if we can get a refund as it is currently Friday night. Very disappointed in such a known chain hotel.

What i didnt like about is breakfast from 630-930am but they dont refill breakfast,staff is not friendly especially to what we experienced when we are checking in, the recepcionist a woman is so rude when she is taking our information etc..i am not gonna book here anymore..this is going to be the last one.terrible experience.

The hotel was dirty, and smelled like an ashtray. We had 2 towels for a family of four, and 4 pillows. Every time I went to the front desk, no one was there. The breakfast was non existent if you only wanted a waffle or toast I would not stay here again
