This charming and spacious corner apartment for four people is new for rent (2024) and is one of the best located! The apartment is part of the Callantsoger Staete apartment complex, located on the attractive village square.
From the apartment you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the Zwanenwater nature reserve. Here you can spend your holiday in a place with 'two faces'. On the one hand, you can enjoy the quiet side of the village with unobstructed views over the nature reserve and a perfect sun position on the south. On the other side, at the entrance of the building, you will find the cozy and lively village.
The house has a unique, yet attractive interior. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with many conveniences and is adjacent to the living room and a cozy dining area. There is a lot of light here and there are beautiful views.
The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable 2x2 box springs of 90x200. The bathroom is complete with a whirlpool bath, a separate shower and a double sink. In the hall you will find a toilet and a storage/laundry room.
On the secluded corner balcony (south) you can relax after a day in the area.
