This modern apartment is the perfect place for a couple to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate of Calpe. It offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open living and dining area, complete with stylish kitchen and bar to enjoy your meals. But you’ll probably spend most time on the outside terrace enjoying a left to right view. The best place to have your morning coffee or evening cocktails.



Walking into the apartment, we find the open plan kitchen on the right. It provides a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer (efficiently fitted under the bar). 



Adjacent to the kitchen is the lounge with a 3-sit sofa and flat-screen smart tv. The perfect place to unwind and relax with your favorite series and movies. From here, you also have direct access to the covered terrace with amazing views and a comfortable lounge set and table with four chairs. 



Around the corner of the living area, we find a separate modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and electric towel heater. The bedroom is spacious and bright, with one large double bed, built-in wardrobe and a cozy ensuite terrace to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.



The apartment has airconditioning throughout, free Wifi (optic fiber) and a private parking in the garage. Lastly, and not to be missed, there is a large communal swimming pool to cool-down during a sunny day.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
