1: IMPORTANT: the parking garage is NOT available for entry and exit on Saturdays, from early morning to 17:00, due to the local market of Calpe.


2: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this home.


3: The communal pool is opened from: 09:00am to 22:00pm

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
