MEDITERRANEAN STYLE VILLA LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 16 guests.
LAYOUT: The villa Ausina is distributed over two floors which can be accessed from both the inside and the outside. We will access the property by taking the stairs that lead us to the main gate. A large entrance hall in Andalusian style, spacious and bright. Chairs and a coffee table are at our disposal to share a relaxing moment. Close by you can find a modern and completely refurbished kitchen with all the quality appliances necessary for the preparation of meals. A bathroom is located to our right, with a toilet and shower. A first bedroom with a double bed, large windows letting the light in and a very practical wardrobe make this room an ideal place to rest and relax. The very spacious living room offers breathtaking views of the town and to the sea . A sofa , some armchairs and a TV, perfect to meet up with family or friends. The dining room located below with a large table and chairs ,are very cozy and allow us to share meals all together. Taking the corridor from the Andalusian patio at the entrance, we reach the three bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The distribution of the rooms is ideal for calm and silence. At our disposal, a large bathroom with a fully renovated Italian shower. To access the ground floor we can take the internal staircase or the entrance from the porch. As soon as we enter we find an independent kitchen with several electrical appliances to prepare fantastic meals. There is also a table and chairs at our disposal. Going out into the hallway we will find three bedrooms with a double bed each and one bedroom with two single beds. On this floor there are two bathrooms, both with bathtub.
EXTERIOR: On entering the property you will find a large place to easily park several vehicles. A beautiful swimming pool and a jacuzzi to enjoy the climate of the Costa Blanca. Several sun loungers are at our disposal for sunbathing, a chill out area with sofas and armchairs to share an aperitif while watching the sunset... Under the porch, in the shade, we will find a large dining table, to share meals. A barbecue is nearby, and allows us to prepare meals. The view of Calpe is magnificent, the villa AUSINA offers privacy and comfort for a successful holiday. Privacy, nature and relaxation: for a perfect stay in this villa.
