The property itself needs some maintenance, my main issue was the room amenities, the heater doesn't work properly, the hot water was a hassle too. Breakfast it's OK. The green areas in the hotel are beautiful, but the real highlight here was the staff, Lauane at the front desk is an angel, such charisma and attention. Outstanding! She made our stay a lot more pleasant.

Café da manhã mto bom, funcionários educados, localidade mto boa, 10 minutos andando até avenida principal. Ficamos hospedados no último andar, o quarto tem forro de madeira que durante a madrugada faz uns barulhos e quando chove o barulho muda como se fosse goteira, o chuveiro tem pouca pressão, mas tirando isso a estadia foi td bem, observações para melhoramentos e não críticas, espero voltar. .

O local se anuncia como pet friendly, mas claramente não está preparado para receber animais. Há reclamações constantes por comportamentos naturais dos pets, como latidos ou choros, tornando a estadia desgastante. Fica evidente que a aceitação de animais serve apenas para justificar a cobrança de taxa adicional, sem qualquer política real de acolhimento. Não há compreensão por parte da administração, mesmo sabendo que não é possível levar o pet a todos os passeios por questões de segurança. Animais, assim como crianças e bebês, fazem barulho — isso é previsível em um local que se diz pet friendly. Atendimento da recepcionista antipático e pouco profissional. Não recomendo para quem viaja com animais.

O hotel precisa de melhorias, especialmente o quarto, bem mal cuidado, precisando de manutenção. O chuveiro demora cerca de 20 minutos para esquentar. Nossas toalhas e lençóis estavam manchados, aí a gente nunca sabe se é mancha ou sujeira. O café da manhã sem dúvida foi o ponto alto da estadia, muito bom.

Segunda vez no local e dessa vez meu quarto tinha uma goteira onde só percebemos na madrugada quando começou a chover forte, fazendo muito barulho, pedi para que verificassem e quando retornei a tarde estava da mesma forma, aí pedi novamente e não foi resolvido, me dariam outro quarto, mas como já iria sair na manhã de domingo recusei. As instalações necessitam de uma boa manutenção nos quartos
