We stayed the night when attending The Boston Calling Music Festival. It was the absolute best location for this. It was a short, easy, safe walk to the festival, they had parking (you have to pay) at the hotel and it was a lovely clean hotel. We stopped at a wonderful restaurant after the concert and had some food and drinks before going back to hotel and everything was within blocks. We will always return here when attending anything in Harvard Square.

Great place to stay for Boston Calling. Only a 10 minute walk to the festival and the area is nice and has a ton of restaurants and other places to shop. Hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

Requested a 6:30 am wake-up call from the staff (man and woman) working the night shift, and I never got the call. Shower head needs to be replaced, it shoots knifelike daggers of water, can't be adjusted.

No A/C despite the listing saying it had A/C. I couldn’t sleep so I left before the end of my stay. They had the heater on in the spring with “no ability to change it.” I would have never paid hundreds of dollars to stay here if I knew it would be so untenable.

We were staying for the weekend as my daughter was running the marathon. Friday night was filled with children running up and down the hall yelling without any parental intervention. Saturday morning we, and several other guests in 2nd floor, let the front desk know we were ok with them kicking the loud family out. We had no further trouble. In fact, the front desk staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and helpful during our stay. Rooms are nice except that the floors are filthy. Hotel is in the heart of Harvard and many great dining options.

I was very upset to find out that this property only had heat or cool mode set for the entire hotel. The day we got there it was 80 degrees and they still kept the hotel on heat mode. I slept maybe a total of 4 hours every night I was there as I was sweating all night. Not ideal for someone that was going to run Boston Marathon. Basically ruined my weekend
