Staff was helpful and understanding. There were crumbs under both beds, which the staff quickly vacuumed up. But still, they shouldn't have been there. Pool water looked an eerie green which spooked my kids. Window curtains didn't close fully so when sun came up, room was very bright. Expedia site said there was a hottub here, which was one of the reasons we chose this, but upon arrival, no hot tub to be seen. I blame Expedia for that. Breakfast was nice, ample parking, quick walk to food options, friendly staff. Was still more $$ than I've spent for nicer hotels

This hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the spacious room, which was a plus for my husband and I. Check in and check out were a breeze and the staff was very friendly and responsive. They also had one of the best complimentary breakfasts I've seen in a long time. I would stay again without question.

An amazing front desk employee!

I actually had to cancel my stay as I stood in the lobby. My mother has dementia and just wanted to get home. She and I had a very tense time in the parking lot, but clerk Marisa was such a big help! She offered snacks for my mother and tried desperately to see if the stay could be tefunded. (It couldn’t). Because of her kindness and the kindness of a bystander, LeAnn, I give this hotel 5 stars!
