Only constructive review is that the front desk didn’t know how to walk me through tv working I forgot how to get out of menu. Also the pool was closed entire weekend. And the front desk didn’t know when I checked in. This was VERY disappointing

I have stayed in many hotels in the last year and by far this hotel surpassed all of them. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room and bath were very clean and I loved the chair and footstool in the room. I am handicapped with a service dog and when I was unloading my car a staff member came out to help me and this was not her job! I know where I will be staying the next time I am in town.
