The space

Beautifully Designed Spaces for Comfort & Convenience

The kitchen is sleek and modern, featuring quartz countertops and a fully stocked setup, including a microwave, refrigerator, oven, cooktop, tea kettle, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. A starter supply of coffee pods ensures a great start to your day. The home also offers an outdoor BBQ grill for cooking.

The living room invites you to unwind with a large L-shaped leather couch, a cozy beanbag chair, and a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows with your own accounts.

The two main level bedrooms offer plush queen-size beds and the a full size bed in the loft.

Please note: The loft bedroom can feel cozy, requires stairs for access and the ceiling slopes towards the bed so please watch your head!!

Outdoors: You will find multiple outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Yoga room: A few steps away from the main home you will find the yoga or exercise room with a mini split and smart tv .

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property starting at 4:00pm the day of check in. This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. Noise carries easily. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. NO parties allowed.

Other things to note

While the exterior porch and furniture are cleaned after each stay, seasonal weather, native plants, and pollen may cause some natural debris. A broom and basic cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience.

Security cameras are found around the exterior of the home.
Occupancy is limited to 6 guests
No parties or smoking in or around the property. Violations will result in fines and forfeiture of stay with no refund.
Early check-in requests are subject to availability. We often have same-day check-outs and need time for thorough cleaning and maintenance. If early check-in is possible, we will notify you.
Stays over 14 days require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately.
Alteration requests must be made at least 14 days before the original check-in date and are subject to approval.
