Booked 16 nights & then another 6 nights Room / hotel clean & cleaner came in every day. Breakfast was ok Big problem with room on 16 night stay - was a 3cm gap bottom of door & room close to lift so all noise from outside came into my room! Additionally all cleaning ladies had walkie talkie radio's left on cleaning trolleys in hallways when rooms being cleaned - volume seemed to be on full so I got constantly woken up every time reception contacted anyone TV could not be changed from portugese to english for UK USA channels On website it stated portugese & english spoken at reception - no one spoke english

Adorei! O café da amanhã é delicioso, quarto grande e confortável, a única coisa que me incomodou foi o colchão que achei durinho demais. A área de lazer é bem legal tbm, tem fumódromo na cobertura, o que achei excelente tbm. O estacionamento onde o hotel possui acordo tem um bom preço tbm. Gostei da hospedagem.

Parte de alimentação muito boa. As fotos do quarto e banheiro não condizem com a realidade. O lençol estava sujo com uma pequena marca de sangue, sinal que não foi lavado depois que o último hospede usou. O edredon estava com cheiro muito ruim, não foi possivel usar. O check-in não pode ser um minuto antes, e quando é meio dia exatamente o telefone do quarto toca te lembrando de fazer o check-out.

Pra começar o hotel não acessibilidade, ou seja, se chegar uma pessoa deficiente, como faz se pra entrar no hotel só tem escada. Outra coisa, estacionamento horrível, ref. ao quarto 602, colchões de péssima qualidade, no banheiro, falta cuidado , fios expostos atrás dos criados mudos, correndo risco de um curto circuito, podendo gerar um incêndio, falta pintura nos banheiros, tivemos que pedir para trocar de quarto, pois, o lavatório é o box alagava, fomos para o 601, onde tudo estava melhor, até mesmo o colchão, travesseiro, manta. NÃO PODE HAVER UMA DIFERENÇA DE QUALIDADE ENTRE OS QUARTOS. Outra coisa de PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE, a iluminação do restaurante é simplesmente horrível, sugiro que troque, o ambiente fica muito mal iluminado, desagradável. A única coisa que nos agradou foi o café da manhã e a Sra. que fica pegando os números dos quartos, muito atenciosa, educada. Pra resumir, não gostei da experiência que tive com com o hotel, não recomendo e não volto. Espero que vcs melhorem…

Hotel próximo ao centro da cidade . Estacionamento terceirizado grátis. Único ponto negativo sobre check in. Como entrada do check in do hotel apenas as 14:00. Filas enormes se forma. Pois além do chek in no horário tardio tem pagar na hora entrada. formando filas enormes e espera entre 30 a 40 minutos.
