The "Villa Nella" apartments are located in a quiet residential area a few meters from the sandy beach and a 5-minute walk from the center of Marina di Campo, one of the most popular villages for tourists of all ages.
The structure has a lot of green space where it is possible to park the car and is divided into 3 apartments of different sizes.
On the ground floor there are a three-room apartment and a two-room apartment; on the first floor instead a large four-room apartment.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.
The location does not need much publicity, being the most famous and popular seaside resort on the island. The golden sandy beach is among the strong points, even if it is not the only one, given the numerous tourist services that this town offers. Despite the strong presence of establishments, there is no shortage of stretches of free beach, it is particularly suitable for families with children, given that the seabed slopes gently and is particularly sheltered from the wind, or for those who love comfort in general.

The three-room Villa Nella of about 60 square meters is located on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two; two bedrooms, one double and the other with joinable beds, a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

Important Notes:
- IMPORTANT: couples/groups of guys under 25 years old are not allowed
- check-in from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- deposit (mandatory): 250,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- pets not allowed
