O espaço em si é de um tamanho legal, porém cobertas, travesseiros, lençol com cheiro de sem uso a muito tempo. Faltou 2 toalhas tb, e o quarto n1 não tem cortina na cozinha então todas as pessoas que passam conseguem ver quem esta la dentro. No Geral um bom lugar, porém com essas ressalvas que podem Melhorar

Estacionamento privativo, sem custo, o que é um diferencial. Cozinha bem equipada, embora não tenhamos usado. Self check-in funcionou muito bem, todas as dúvidas foram sanadas pelo locatário através do WhatsApp. Ótima localização, permitindo deslocamento a pé até o parque e centro capivari.

O espaço é exatamente como apresentado nas fotografias. Ambiente super limpo, cama confortável, e disponibilidade de utensílios para refeições rápidas. O loft fica a aproximadamente 500m da Vila Capivarí, podendo se deslocar a pé. Recomendo!!
