Abandonado, mas com esperança.

Já foi muito melhor, hoje está bem abandonado. Embora a staff seja super amigável, a manutenção dos dois quartos que pegamos estava péssima. Portas e janelas emperradas e trincadas, e tudo muito acabado. Serviço de quarto é inexistente, e você tem que ir buscar o que quiser na recepção. Wi-Fi só na recepção, e tv's quase não funcionam. Água quente só se jogar 10 minutos de água fora pra chegar. Considere ter um trator para conseguir chegar no hotel, a estrada está péssima e com grandes crateras. Café da manhã continua muito bom, mas não muito amigável para crianças. Cadeirão não disponível, e quartos com vão perigoso para quedas. MAS TEM ESPERANÇA: dizem que o hotel passará por reforma nos próximos 6 meses e o problema da estrada também será resolvido por um condômino (embora isso está de fora do hotel, e faz parte da cidade que os abandonou) No mais, adoramos este hotel. Dormir na beira da lareira é tudo de bom. (Mas agora o hotel não vende mais lenha e vc tem que ir buscar na cidade. Provavelmente o fornecedor quebrou o caminhão no caminho) Espero conseguir convencer a esposa a querer voltar aqui da próxima vez em campos daqui alguns anos. Torço pra que dê tudo certo na reforma e este volte a ser nosso hotel favorito com melhor custo X benefício.

Relax in beautiful mountain scenery

Pros: very close to fantastic Horta Floresta State Park with wonderful hikes and easy walks, plus a good restaurant. The apartments are spacious, but simple. Bed was fine. Good breakfasts with plenty of fresh fruit, juices, breads, cakes. Very friendly "neighbors" and guests having fun. Cons: tricky to find. Buildings in need of maintenance.

Decepção.

Hotel está com alguns chales em reforma. Os que estão disponíveis, estão péssimos. Sem local para o papel higienico, com falta de lampadas, descarga quebrada. Quando chegamos o banheiro estava sujo. Café da manhã com pratos lascados. Tudo bem estar em reforma, mas os que estão sendo locados deveriam pelo menos ter o minimo de conservação.

O hotel tem uma vista incrível que vale tudo! Os quartos têm lareiras que já deveriam estar abastecidas para serem usadas. A internet é ruim e o acesso também precisa melhorar. Fica a aproximadamente 6 quilômetros da pracinha central. Ao se hospedar, atente-se para alguns ubers que não querem ir até o local!

Nada agradável, ao chegar no hotel o atendimento na recepção já deixou a desejar, chegando no quarto o chuveiro não esquentava a água, não tinha televisão e o chão estava sujo. Fui até a recepção para falar do chuveiro e da televisão, onde pude observar que o recepcionista já sabia do chuveiro e da televisão e não nós informou nada, perguntei se tinha um outro quarto e o recepcionista me respondeu que não tinha e não me deu nenhuma solução, onde resolvi pedir o cancelamento e o mesmo continuou com fazendo pouco caso. Depois de uns 30 minutos que eu estava tentando achar outro hotel e não encontrei devido o feriado, fomos na recepção novamente onde outro recepcionista nós atendeu e nós deu outro quarto ( tinha água quente no chuveiro, mas não tinha televisão e nem frigobar), enfim uma viagem que era para eu relaxar nas minhas férias, acabei tenho este transtorno e sem contar que o acesso ao local a estrada é cheia de buraco.

Bom café da manhã porém a infraestrutura está muito antiga, tinha vazamento no teto do banheiro, e informava ter cozinha no quarto e não tem, não havia TV no quarto e o sinal Wi-Fi é bem ruim, diversas vezes fomos à recepção e não tinha ninguém para atender

Ótimo custo benefício. Os intemperes ocorridos, foram sanados. Local agradável. Café da manhã básico, mas atenderam as nossas necessidades. Ponto negativo é a estrada de acesso ao hotel, que está muito ruim.
