- Residents are asked to keep noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

- Please be considerate of neighbouring residents when moving furniture, entertaining guests, using appliances, or undertaking activities that may create excessive noise.

- If advised that noise is impacting another resident, please take immediate steps to reduce the disturbance.



3. Respectful Behaviour

- Residents, occupants and visitors are expected to treat one another with courtesy and respect at all times.

- Aggressive, intimidating or abusive behaviour towards neighbours, visitors, contractors or building staff will not be tolerated.



4. Smoking

- Smoking in common property areas is not permitted.

- Residents are reminded to be considerate of neighbouring units and common areas when smoking within their lot.



5. Reporting Concerns

- Concerns regarding building security, noise, damage or rule breaches should be reported to the Strata Manager in writing, with as much detail as possible to assist with investigation
